General
What exactly is OncoCouncil.ai?
It is a Clinical Decision Intelligence platform that combines a cancer patient’s data with AI-assisted scientific evidence analysis and multidisciplinary expert councils.
Is this a treatment center?
No. OncoCouncil.ai does not deliver treatment; it evaluates your case and provides a written council opinion. Treatment is carried out by your own physician and treatment center.
Does the AI make the decision?
No. AI only performs evidence screening and decision support. The final decision always rests with the physicians on the council.
How long does it take to get a result?
The time depends on the complexity of the case and how complete your file is. The typical timeframe is shared with you during application.
For Patients
Which files do I need to send?
In general the pathology report, current imaging reports, discharge summary and a summary of treatments received are requested. The disease-specific list is given on the relevant council page.
What if my files are incomplete?
We will contact you after your application to complete anything missing. Missing files can prevent a sound evaluation.
Can I share the council report with my physician?
Yes. The report is prepared in a structured form specifically so it can be shared with your physician.
Can I apply from abroad?
Yes. The platform operates in three languages and applications from abroad are accepted.
For Physicians
How can I join the council network?
You can apply through the physician application form. Your application is reviewed by the scientific board.
What does participation require in terms of time?
Council participation is designed to be online and flexible; you can contribute independently of time and place.
How is my contribution valued?
In our Physician Knowledge Economy model, contributions are recorded in a structured way and assessed transparently.
Privacy and Data
Is my data safe?
Data is processed in line with data protection law and transferred over encrypted channels. Details are set out on our Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy pages.
Who is my data shared with?
Your data is shared only with the council members evaluating your case, strictly for the purpose of that evaluation.
Can I ask for my data to be deleted?
Yes. You can exercise your rights under data protection law and request deletion of your data.
